1. Service Description

BGClippr provides an online tool that allows users to upload images and automatically remove backgrounds using AI. The service is offered "as-is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree:

  • You have the legal right to upload and process the images you submit.

  • You will not upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, pornographic, or infringes on any third-party rights.

  • You will not attempt to misuse, overload, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure.

3. Image Handling and Storage

  • Uploaded images are used solely to process your background removal request.

  • Images may be stored temporarily for processing, debugging, and abuse prevention, but are automatically deleted within 24 hours.

  • We do not retain or use your images for any other purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the BGClippr platform and underlying technology belong to us. You retain ownership of your images, but you grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

BGClippr and its owners shall not be held liable for:

  • Any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

  • Loss or corruption of data, including uploaded or processed images.

  • Unauthorized access to your data or content due to actions outside of our control.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms, and continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
